Not Receiving Email After Signing Up

If you've signed up for Eksperience but haven't received a confirmation email, here are a few steps to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Check Spam or Junk Folder: Sometimes, confirmation emails can end up in your spam or junk folder. Please check these folders and mark the email as "Not Spam" if you find it there.

  2. Verify Email Address: Ensure that you entered your email address correctly during the sign-up process. If there was a typo, you may not receive the confirmation email. Double-check and try signing up again if necessary.

  3. Resend Confirmation Email: If you can't find the confirmation email, you can usually request a resend. Go to the sign-up or login page on the Eksperience app and look for an option to resend the confirmation email. Click on it and check your inbox again.

If you continue to experience issues receiving the email after trying these steps, please contact our support team via the ticketing system in the Help Center for further assistance.
