Access Your Orders

My Orders

On the bottom navigation panel, click on Orders to access Active and Completed orders.

Active Orders

Click on an active order to view details:


Click on Cancel to cancel an order. Select a reason and click Cancel Order.


Once you select the reason, the status changes to Cancelled with a cancelled toast on top and a notification to the athlete that their order was cancelled.

Completed Orders

In the Completed Orders tab, view the list of completed orders. The list includes the cancelled orders as well:

Filter Orders

Click  on the top right of the My Orders dashboard to filter orders by eksperiences purchased. Scroll to the left to access all eksperience categories.
