Purchase an Eksperience/Place an Order

 To place an order:

1. Select a community in the Explore screen

2. Select a player in a team

3. Browse the athlete’s eksperiences offered:

4. Select: Video Chat

5. Click Book a slot to book an available slot with the athlete. You can choose future dates from the date of browsing:

6. Finalize the date and time and click book a slot. 

Select a payment method and finalize order. 

7. Once the order is finalized:

   1. You receive an order notification.

   2. The athlete receives your order notification.

We recommend scheduling your calendar to not miss the scheduled order according to the eksperience you choose (Video call, Game with Me, etc.)

If for example it is a personalized video, or a social media request, an eksperience that does not require a scheduled fulfillment, then the athlete can complete the order and you receive a notification once the order is completed:
